Anya Oxendine is a licensed Realtor® proudly serving the greater Northeast Florida region. A true St. Augustine native, she brings over 27 years of firsthand knowledge shaped by a lifetime of living, working, and building meaningful connections within the community.
Drawing from her legal experience at the State Attorney's Office, 4th Judicial Circuit, and a culmination of her degrees from Daytona State College and the University of North Florida's Hicks Honors College, where she is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a foundation in law, ethics, and governance, Anya approaches every contract, negotiation, and closing with a level of precision and diligence that is rare in the industry.
Outside of real estate, she embraces the lifestyle that defines Northeast Florida. You will often find her on St. Augustine Beach, collecting stamps, volunteering in the Saint Augustine community, or at home hosting board game nights.
